About Craft and Cork Gastropub
After buying and running the well known fine dining restaurant Daniels in December 2013 (which had been a staple in WNY for more than 23 years), they felt it was time for a change after four years to try something different. Scott and Lisa, along with their daughter, Victoria, and black lab “Susur” (named after famed Canadian chef Susur Lee) have spent many hours creating what is now Craft and Cork Gastropub.
Scott spends the majority of his time behind the line in the kitchen. His passion for cooking became a big part of his life when he was younger and traveled across the country playing soccer. The need to take care of himself in the off season and stay fit was the driving force behind attending Culinary Arts school in Florida. After soccer, he found himself back in New York where he met Lisa at a restaurant they both worked at. Lisa is the most important part of this team’s success. “She manages the social media and keeps them all grounded,” Scott said. Along with the extensive talent in the kitchen of Jeanne Ellis, Laura Conklin, Josh Reboy and John Raylea & our Floor Manager Tina Kubant and Beverage Manager Kristie Daly, we welcome you to Craft & Cork Gastropub.
